Photography for 31 West 52nd Street focused on the building’s commercial interiors, tenant areas, infrastructure, and surrounding public-facing spaces.

Created in support of a BOMA Awards submission, the project included lobby photography, standard tenant area views, mechanical room documentation, and exterior/contextual images around the property. The goal was to create a polished visual package that showed both the day-to-day presentation of the building and the operational spaces that support it.

In addition to the primary interior documentation, the shoot included exterior views of the building’s surrounding grounds, including the public plaza area and nearby retail presence. Together, the images present 31 West 52nd Street as an active Midtown commercial property with a strong street-level presence and a well-maintained interior environment.
