Core Photography Services

Architectural & Interior Photography

Creative Fee Day Rate:

  • $1,650 per shoot day (up to 8 hours on site)

  • Professional architectural & interior photography

  • Careful composition, lighting, and perspective control

  • Client review process + delivery of final selects (web + high-res)

Typical use cases:

  • Portfolio + press

  • Leasing + marketing

  • Internal documentation / asset reporting

Creative Fee Half-Day Option (When Appropriate)

  • $950 (up to 4 hours on site)

  • Best for smaller scopes or targeted updates


Retouching & Individual Image License

  • $100 per final image

  • Post production includes retouching, exposure blending as needed, and precise vertical/perspective correction

  • Delivered in web + high-res

Example: Full Day ($1,650) + 18 finals (18 × $100) = $3,450 total.

Multi-Party Licensing

  • +30% per party

  • Shared cost between an architect, designer, and contractor to split the total fee.

  • Includes usage coverage for each party + separate delivery links.

Licensing & Usage

Standard pricing includes non-exclusive marketing usage for:

  • Website / portfolio

  • Social media

  • Proposals and presentations

  • Press + awards submissions

  • Leasing / sales materials

  • Internal reporting

Extended / advertising use is priced separately

Add-On Services (Optional)

  • Aerial / Drone Photography (where permitted)
    Starting at $350

  • Video Walkthroughs / Short Reels
    Starting at $650

  • 3D / Matterport Tours
    Starting at $450

  • Expedited Turnaround (48 hrs)
    +20% of shoot rate

What Affects Final Pricing

Final estimates may vary based on:

  • Number of spaces and scope of coverage

  • Styling requirements / readiness of the space

  • Access, timing, and scheduling constraints

  • Level of retouching required

  • Licensing needs beyond standard marketing use

  • Insurance & Access: Standard COI for building access is included. Requirements for specialized high-limit umbrella policies (above $2M) or additional insured endorsements may incur an administrative fee.

  • Travel, parking, and site-related expenses are billed at cost.

Programmatic or high-volume unit photography is quoted separately based on volume and cadence.

Typical next step

  • Most projects are quoted as half-day or full-day based on scope and intended use.

  • Estimates are provided within 24–48 hours once basic scope and intended usage are confirmed.
